Biography & Artist’s Statement
Bored Shorts, also known as "The Most Prolific Artist", is a self-taught artist, designer and photographer based out of New York City and Barcelona. With digital and mixed media platforms, the artist collects vivid splashes, dashes and dots of colour to create living, naturalistic moments in time against monochromatic, predictable structures. Instant, 35mm and digital photography capture delicate unrepeatables, or crass permanent visions.
“I want the entire piece; each stroke, colour choice and name, to entertain the viewer in evolving ways. If I’m successful, collectors will develop a relationship with the piece beyond the initial spark that attracted.”
